Printing a phone list from your outlook contacts:
The easy way is to click the phone list radio button but how about a custom list with only a few fields?
Open your contact list in outlook
Hold control down and click the people you want on this list. This will select them.
At the menu hit File>print
In the box that pops up go to the print style area and look for the scroll bar
Scroll to Phone Directory Style and select it
Under Print range select “Only selected items” (otherwise they all print)
Hit print
